Angela has a Bachelor of Education and has worked within the fitness industry for over 18 years. Angela specialises in group fitness and her company Savvy paved the way for outdoor fitness operation. Angela's passion comes from a true belief in the power of movement and how it can positively change lives and a bold ambition to make a difference. Angela has worked hard to create a positive presence in her community and delivers her classes in a unique way that promotes inclusivity, innovation, opportunity to learn and playfulness that makes fitness fun.
Karen Daly is a fitness expert with over 25 years of professional experience. Karen offers a genuine, warmhearted approach to all her classes and is driven by incredible passion and love for teaching Zumba, which inspires a fun and joyful community approach to fitness that has no age barriers.
Jill has been committed to helping individuals and professional trainers realise their full potential, fitness, and wellness goals for over 38 years. By diversifying into a number of programs for different demographics which incorporate mind and body balance, Jill has been able to motivate and inspire individuals and groups at all levels of her community.
Jessica Lea is a passionate Group Fitness Instructor now in her 30th year in the Fitness Industry. Currently teaching 14 Group Fitness Classes a week, she lives by the creed: "Be the change you wish to see in the world." (Gandhi)
Chosen by Les Mills in 2018 for their, "Be an Instructor Campaign", she is dedicated to encouraging everyone she meets to use exercise and whole food nutrition as the perfect tools for ongoing health and longevity.
Veronica's commitment to continuing education allows her to teach clients how to move by integrating and understanding all systems of the body. This results in reduced injury risk, relief from restriction and tension and simply means that clients can participate in not only their favourite workouts or sport but enjoy everyday life pain-free and moving well.
