Active Farmers delivers regular group fitness classes to 31 small farming communities who have minimal access to services. By offering classes designed to suit all levels of fitness and ability by a team of 21 personal trainers, they focus on improving physical health, social interaction and mental health to build community resilience and strength.

The LIFE Program which runs out of North Metropolitan TAFE’s Joondalup campus in Perth’s Northern suburbs is a project that focuses on providing fitness services to members of the local community living with a disability, as well as training up the next generation of fitness professionals to provide future disability fitness programs.
