Fi is Westpac / AFR 2015 100 Women of Influence and an expert and pioneer in digital strategy and one of Australia’s most respected thought leaders in the digital space. With over 20 years experience in the digital / tech sector over three continents; Fi has a depth of understanding unique to Australia.
After beginning her career in the consumer electronics industry, Fi moved into developing key digital strategies in London and New York for large companies such as BBC and Virgin. During this time she built, from concept to inception, an international B2B gaming portal. She is a recognised and well-regarded speaker having spoken at a wide range of international conferences and an incumbent specialist speaker to the highly regarded CEO Circle.

TOM HART
After successfully opening, operating, and selling his personal training, yoga, and spin studios in Christchurch, New Zealand, Tom relocated to Sydney where he served as a general manager for a wide chain of gyms.
With a passion for coaching and helping people achieve their goals, Tom joined the NPE team as the AP Regional Coaching Manager.
“I’m incredibly grateful to be able to join the NPE team full of knowledgeable, motivated and successful experts who truly care for the wellbeing of their clients and the community.”

RICHARD TOUTOUNJI
Richard Toutounji has over 10 years of experience in the online world. With a big belief that a good product is only as good as the time it’s taken to market, moving fast makes a big part of Richard’s life. This was shown when he saw a gap in the market and established Meet Your Personal Trainer (8 years ago), a lead platform to bring personal trainers and people closer which eventually turned into one of Australia’s largest video fitness directory and it’s still dominating today.
Through his established marketing methods, he has created online TV shows, became a best-selling author and was also a contestant on the Amazing Race Australia. He has also been featured in mainstream media including Sydney Morning Herald, Telegraph Mirror, A Current Affair and Channel 10 News.
Richard's work with the vast network of business owners has been instrumental in delivering leads whilst converting them into real sales for their business. KAYLA ITSINES AND TOBI PEARCE
At 25 years of age, Kayla Itsines has become the most influential female personal trainer in the world. Tobi Pearce, just 23 years old, is the CEO of The Bikini Body Training Company and co-creator of The Bikini Body Guides or “BBG” as it’s prevalently known as.
Kayla began her personal training journey in 2008 after graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness . Shortly after graduating, she started working in a female only personal training centre. Following the incredible results her clients were achieving through her unique training style, she proceeded to open up her own personal training studio in Adelaide. In 2012, Tobi became a qualified personal trainer and opened his own highly successful female only bootcamp business across two locations in Adelaide, focusing on high intensity resistance training methods.
In 2014, after a year of dating and requests for training programs by Kayla rapidly increasing via social media, the pair merged their training methods, business and industry knowledge to create T he Bikini Body Training Guides (“BBG”).
Now with over 11 million avid social media followers, Kayla is the “gotogirl” for fast and effective workouts, healthy eating advice and fitness motivation. Her social media accounts and newly released Sweat With Kayla app are the home of the largest and globally renowned female fitness community the “BBG Community”. CAROLINE BILLS
Caroline is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and senior facilitator and project manager with HealthChange Australia. She has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain and has integrated the HealthChange® Methodology into the way she conducts consultations. Doing this has altered her clinical style, broadened her clinical skill set and enables her to work systematically and efficiently with complex and chronic problems to get the best possible patient outcomes. This has changed her clinical practice to make work more satisfying and effective.
Caroline is currently involved with the University of Melbourne conducting a randomised controlled trial investigating the use of HealthChange® Methodology to improve adherence to treatment advice in patients with Osteoarthritis of the knee. KEITH PHILLIPS
Keith Phillips has had an International Career in Business Management with International management positions with Gillette and Unilever before becoming CEO for Apple UK and a senior Executive of Apple USA. He has been an angel investor and venture capitalist growing a number of high performing technology companies. As an investor in companies, Keith started using QLBS to improve business performance and liked the approach so much he invested in the company.

DR JASON BENNIE
Dr Jason Bennie is a Research Fellow within the Active Living & Public Health Program, Institute of Sport, Exercise & Active Living (ISEAL), Victoria University. Jason has a PhD in Behavioural Epidemiology (Deakin University) and an Bachelor Degree in Applied Science (Honours in muscle physiology). Jason's research focuses on the behavioural epidemiology of adult's physical activity. His current interests include: population monitoring and measurement of aerobic physical activity and strength training; translating and ‘scaling-up’ health-related research into policy/practice; and chronic disease prevention through physical activity and exercise participation. Jason’s research has been published in several leading academic journals, including International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity, Preventive Medicine, BMC Public Health and Journal of Aging and Physical Activity.
Jason's research fellowship is part-funded by Fitness Australia.
